End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and 416 Automation Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of our software applications and related services (collectively, the “Software”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your internal business purposes.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
- Use the Software to violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
3. Intellectual Property
The Software and all related intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of 416 Automation Inc.
4. Third-Party Services
The Software may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 416 AUTOMATION INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause or notice.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of any changes.
